Marketing Engagement Manager London As a Barclays Marketing Engagement Manager, you will have a chance to join a team responsible for driving engagement, conversion and revenue growth, and building a scalable communication approach across direct digital marketing channels for Digital Investing business. You will partner closely with Commercial /Distribution, Data and CRM teams to design and execute timely campaigns across multiple owned channels to increase long term client engagement through continuous optimisation. What will you be doing? Partnering with Commercial/Distribution Teams to provide insights to campaign planning process to ensure campaigns are set up to deliver desired client and commercial outcomes Designing automated journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement rates across client journeys Managing end to end process of briefing, developing and setting up email communications and partnering with CRM team to execute campaigns and trigger automation opportunities Analysing/reporting performance in weekly trading meetings using data/insights to identify and implement opportunities for increasing communication engagement/conversion rates Collecting best practices and providing campaign learnings feeding into broader reporting Implementing a testing plan to drive continuous improvements to client and commercial outcomes, and sharing insights back to Content, CRM, Commercial/Proposition Teams Being a subject matter expert within Private Bank & Wealth Management Marketing for CRM system Identifying opportunities to enhance existing marketing activities and increasing the efficiency of existing processes/procedures to enhance capacity/simplify ways of working What we re looking for: Experience working in a marketing/communications function with a focus on producing client/product digital communications to meet commercial targets Experience in CRM/ Life-cycle Marketing including SalesForce Marketing Cloud or Pardot, with a proven record of delivering optimisation and demonstrating impact Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and testing plans Exceptional understanding of data protection and privacy, matched with the ability to work collaboratively across functions to manage campaign delivery Skills that will help you in the role: Experience in the use and advocacy of lean and agile practices, and project management principles and software (e.g., JIRA) Where will you be working?
