Marketing & Events Manager

The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be partnering with our client, a luxury accommodation and visitor attraction venue in North East Leicestershire.
This growing and successful business are looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to support their Marketing Consultant in the day to day. This person will have autonomy while having a great support network, be able to hit the ground running and have experience working in the tourism & leisure sector.
Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
* Increase brand awareness and new enquiries
* Increasing enquiries / leads from our website and other digital and traditional marketing channels
* Work closely with the wider departments and third parties to pull all marketing materials together.
* Ensuring marketing budget is on track and spend is where it needs to be
* Reporting to the Marketing Consultant on ROI and other areas of the budget.
* Working with the Digital Marketing Executive to support on content and paid digital advertising.
* Devise an events programme, organising and running events on the day/evening
About You as the Marketing Manager:
* Ideally minimum of 5 years experience working across both Marketing and Events.
* Background in the tourism & leisure industry
* Very strong communication skills
* Proactive and highly organised
* Results driven with a knack for numbers (reporting, data and analytic and ROI)
* Team player
