What does the role involve?
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and operational marketing functions. Collaborating closely with the broader Senior Leadership team and wider marketing team, this position plays a pivotal role in aiding the business through both ongoing initiatives and spontaneous projects. Additionally, it involves contributing to the day-to-day management of the marketing and digital department. You'll have the chance to dive right in, quickly adapting to a fast-paced environment, with ample opportunities to influence the operational dynamics of the organisation. Managing marketing calendar, co-ordination of shoots, leading all touch points of copywriters, and graphic designers, sharing assets for wholesale marketing and PR. Project managing planning for the seasons, liaising with wholesale partners for marketing materials, supporting creative tasks, maintaining CRM and loyalty of customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and oversee comprehensive monthly and seasonal Marketing Calendars from start to finish.
Coordinate ad hoc Trade initiatives to drive sales growth.
Lead campaign project management to strategically execute all touchpoints, including digital and print assets, in collaboration with Graphic Designers and Copywriters.
Work closely on the coordination of Seasonal photoshoots and content creation, managing budgets, schedules, and production.
Assist in organizing and sharing content for external partners such as Wholesale, Marketplace, and PR needs.
Project manage seasonal customer catalogue production, ensuring timely delivery of assets and data to external partners according to distribution deadlines.
Support the retail team with specific marketing endeavours (e.g. Hotel partnerships), ensuring timely creation of necessary tasks and assets.
Ensuring timely and budget-conscious launches for seasonal products, collections, retailer activations, and overarching brand campaigns.
Aid in the setup and maintenance of CRM and Loyalty programs.
Possesses a strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term results orientation.
Demonstrate a profound passion for the luxury fashion industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or subject with transferable skills.
Experience or passion for marketing, social media and digital.
Passion for retailing, luxury
Advantageous to be familiar with CRM systems and Tools, Project Management Tools, Graphics, Design software.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop, coupled with a passion for commercial thinking.
A can-do attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.
Willingness to learn and actively engage in various aspects of the business, including supporting other departments or areas on an ad hoc basis.
