Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Barnsley

Salary: Up to £30K per annum

Working Hours: Full time, Permanent. Monday – Thursday 8:30-5, Friday 8:15-3:30 – Hybrid after probationary period

General overview:

We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Marketing Executive to develop and implement the marketing and digital transformation strategy. The role will focus on both traditional and digital marketing methods and has the scope to create and drive forward transformation resulting in a more positive experience for customers. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Executive the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, task orientated and driven to get results.

Responsibilities of Marketing Executive:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives
Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and print advertising, events, and product launches
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competition
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations
Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and web copy
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Product Development, to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals

Requirements for Marketing Executive:

Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
Experience using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Strong understanding of SEO, with good copywriting skills
Experience working within B2B industry is preferable but not essential
