Job Description: Our client is a leading provider of skills and employment services in the UK, specialising in apprenticeships, work-based learning programs, and commercial training. They are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join their Cardiff-based team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote their programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.


• Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


• Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to support their initiatives.


• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.


• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or training sector.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Desirable: Experience in education or work-based learning.
