We are looking for a new addition to our marketing team, who will support our Marketing Lead across numerous disciplines, with a particular focus on digital marketing. This is a newly created role to help grow the top-of-funnel audience base and grow our online presence.The successful candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented with a desire to drive sales and business growth.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Marketing Lead to deliver a seamless and cohesive experience for users across all our digital channels in line with strategy.Project management of marketing campaigns: Coordinate scheduling, content creation, and deployment, ensuring seamless execution across all channels. Ownership of marketing activity calendar.Support creation of content and digital assets: work alongside SME’s to develop and repurpose existing content for use across channels. Reporting and analysis across channel mix: Utilise analytics tools to track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI.Support across non-digital marketing activities as needed including PR and events.RequirementsC. 2+ years of relevant experience, or a new graduate with a relevant degree in marketingExperience in, or strong knowledge of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
