Linen Mill Studios is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated individual to support the delivery of world class marketing campaigns to drive the continuous growth of the Game of Thrones Studio Tour (GOTST) brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional to join the Game of Thrones team to support in developing the brand globally. As a member of the Marketing team, you will be expected to: Support the Marketing & PR team with marketing campaign activity includingpricing & booking media space & drafting copy/developing assets for a range of channels including social media, OOH, radio, email, newsletters etc. Social and Digital Media support and assist the team in creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring and reporting on key results. Take responsibility for KPIs attached to marketing campaigns, ensuring they are measured accurately and achieved. Develop marketing collateral to support sales team in promoting and selling GOTST to B2B audience e.g brochures/digital assets/pop ups/flyers/ezine calendar and materials. Develop world class content to support tourism partners in featuring GOTST on their online channels and to ensure seamless delivery across all channels. Manage GOTSTs presence with OTAs and ATRs, ensuring collateral used is on brand and working with partners to approve content. Support the team on the creation of photography/video content from planning stage through to content shoots. Brand Ambassador for GOTST meet and greet with clients, media, influencers, talent, groups. Support the Marketing & PR team with on and off-site events, including representing the team at events and acting as a brand advocate for Game of Thrones Studio Tour. Work at all times within the brand guidelines and Warner Media approvals process, helping to shape new and improved brand standards. Support on managing influencer & media visits, including developing briefs and messaging required. Prepare and present reports on marketing activity including digital/OOH/Email marketing campaigns. Research and report on competitive landscape within tourism NI and Ireland. Assist in the planning, management and delivery of Marketing events. Feed creative ideas to Game of Thrones Studio Tours marketing campaigns, PR & event activity. Liaise closely with your line manager and the whole team, maintaining strong communication links. Participate and engage in team meetings. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery in line with business priorities. Be an advocate for the GoTST brand. Essential skills and experience: Degreein Marketing, Communications or equivalent field plus 1 years experience in a Marketing role or 3 years experience in a Marketing role. Experience in writing content for a brand across multi social and digital media platforms. Ability to engage and liaise with key stakeholders for e.g. media, influencers, agencies etc. Excellent communication skills. Strong ability to prioritise and manage workload. Ability to cope in a busy and challenging environment. Display excellent time management skills. Innovative and creative. An eye for detail and precision. Skilled and proficient in Microsoft packages and systems. Ability to work effectively within a team. Desirable: Experience in the Tourism industry. Experience in Digital Marketing and Advertising. The role will require flexibility in working hours to accommodate marketing events (both on and off site) during evening and weekends as required.
