Marketing Executive

Our client, with over 30 years of experience supporting the supply chain, is seeking a Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will build effective communication channels between the company's leadership team (SLT) and stakeholders. The role involves creating a platform for discussing and formulating ideas, goals, and best practices to continuously develop the business and industry. A passion for sustainability, reuse, logistics, and the supply chain is essential, as is the ability to engage with an ambitious and progressive company to bring its operations to market globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive brand/marketing communications experience, ideally from leading industry or affiliate marketing/digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of how to communicate and build stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with integrated communications and stakeholder relationship management.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, CRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store, & website content) and leveraging them to deliver a compelling company experience.
- Experience working within a recognised creative/digital-driven organisation is a strong plus.
- Highly detail-oriented team player with persuasive/negotiation skills.

- Desirable: Knowledge of the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
- Passionate about stakeholders and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to identify problem areas and develop resolution plans.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- Ability to execute tasks autonomously while identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
