We are working in partnership with a not-for-profit organisation who are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join one of the UK's leading professional associations in the wellness industry.
\n
The role of the Marketing Executive is to support the Marketing Manager with the implementation of the marketing strategy, tactical campaigns, ad-hoc projects, marketing activities, graphic design, e-newsletters, social media, trade events, and a key focus on increasing membership through a range of marketing tactics and initiatives.
\n
Marketing Executive duties include:
\n
\n- Manage email newsletters using third party platform (Mail Chimp or other similar software), collating stories, downloading member data from CRM, and sending out fortnightly newsletters.
\n- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, driving audience reach and engagement.
\n- To help increase membership through presentations to colleges, universities, and private training providers.
\n- Booking in presentations for Board members and Ambassadors to deliver in-person or online.
\n- Design marketing materials in Adobe InDesign including trade magazine adverts, flyers, brochures, postcards, social media graphics, logos, member folders and certificates.
\n- To help with website updates on Umbraco site.
\n- Write and create multi-format content including blogs, podcasts, and videos.
\n- Help organise and attend events including the annual Excellence Awards.
\n- Work with the Senior Marketing, Communications and Membership Manager and Membership and Insurance Teams to help develop and implement strategies to attract, grow, retain, and engage members.
\n- To regularly communicate with members through various channels to foster positive relationships and solicit feedback to improve the member experience.
\n- Provide informative and accurate information on membership statistics.

Experience and skills required
\n
\n- Degree level (degree in business / marketing desirable)
\n- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing and communications.
\n- Experience of managing events desirable
\n- Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign packages essential
\n- Knowledge and understanding of online CMS and CRM systems.
\n- Experience of copywriting and design.
\n
