This is a diverse and hands-on role where digital marketing expertise meets commercial awareness. You will be responsible for enhancing their digital footprint, managing website content, and ensuring smooth sales operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the General Manager to develop and optimise the website, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.


• Introduce new products, refine existing content, and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility.


• Develop compelling product descriptions, insightful articles, and instructional guides, complemented by high-quality images and videos.


• Regularly update product listings, ensuring accurate categorisation and presentation.


• Utilise WordPress to manage site functionalities, implement redirects, and oversee delivery options.


• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and assist the sales team in day-to-day operations.


• Handle phone inquiries and web chats, ensuring timely and professional responses.


• Generate and manage quotes, proformas, and sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
