WeCool Toys is a Global Designer and Manufacturer of Dynamic Toys, Crafts, Compounds and more. We own, operate, and manage all vertical and horizontal production, package, export and distribution processes.
WeCool Toys is a new member of Paladone Group Holdings.
The opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Team.
This role will be responsible for creating and developing visual graphical assets for both Paladone & WeCool Toys to support the wider business commercial ambitions
The Marketing Designer will apply their creativity and design skills to generate engaging assets that align with the brand’s market presences, appeal to target demographics and act as brand guardian.
The role will report to our Marketing Manager
What are key duties of the role?
Marketing
Create marketing (info)graphics for print collateral, email marketing, social media & website
Create video animations when required
Conceive and create campaign design assets
Be responsible for graphics and branding aspects of Paladone and WeCool websites
Ensure design deliverables are met in time for launches, campaigns and activations
Own the relationship with printing and promo merch vendors
Marketing and trend research for strategy & planning
Sales
Create and project-manage sales enablement materials (e.g. Catalogues, PP presentations, Infographics, FSDUs, trade magazine adverts/pages, mock-ups)
E-Commerce
Creating graphical assets & A+ content in line with E-Commerce priority lists
Liaise with E-Commerce team on listing requirements and style guides
General
Generate graphic assets for product asset packs to support commercial functions.
Act as the brand guardian on graphical assets created outside of the marketing team
Working with Licensing team to ensure all graphical assets comply with Licensor restrictions and brand image
To understand and interpret Style guide for each licence and consistently adhere to these.
Act as brand guardian for Paladone & WeCool and ensure all design assets adhere to corresponding style guides
Receive & work on briefs regarding Showrooms & Tradeshow Stands visual design requirements
What we need you to bring to the team:
Minimum 2 Years experience in Design within a marketing role/environment
Knowledge of Adobe suite; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Marketing Design skills
Understanding of marketing processes/activities (Including psychological marketing.)
Skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
Illustration skills
