Location: Hertfordshire or Midlands (Option for 2 days WFH)



Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000



Benefits: Pension, death in service, 25 days annual leave



The role of the – Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:






  • Marketing Manager position promoting the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of commercial fire & security systems

  • You will be targeting a wide range of industry sectors: education, hospitality, warehouses, private, property management and retail

  • Develop & implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & lead generation

  • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust to optimise results

  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, communicating activities and goals ensuring that efforts are coordinated & in line with company plans and values

  • Manage all aspect of digital marketing including: social media, company website, brand videos, case studies, blogs etc.

  • Market research: customer insights, competitor offerings, new opportunities, brand analysis

  • Working alongside PR agencies & internal teams to develop marketing strategies





The ideal applicant will be an – Fire Detection & Security Systems with:






  • Must have experience as a Marketing Manager within the service industry

  • Ideally will have experience within the fire & security industry

  • Must have experience managing marketing budgets, building teams and dealing with stakeholders at all levels

  • Ideally will hold a marketing or business degree

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

  • Stable career background

  • Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
