We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our crisps and snacks division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods marketing, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of successful brand management. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytical skills to enhance our brand presence and drive sales growth.

This is a Hybrid role and we are looking for somebody that can have regular travel to our Norwich site along with other site visits where required.

* Capacity to create brand plans

* Delivery of brand plans whilst maximising available resources

* Outstanding learning plans with capacity to dare, try and learn to repeat/correct

* Analytical thinking rooting decision-making in logic and insights

* Excellent coaching of their team and people around

* Ownership of the marketing budget of the category group

* Being the face of crisps & snacks internally and foster excellent cross-functional collaboration

* Representation the brand externally esp. with retailers

* Leading and inspiring the “Consumer is Boss” plan within their team (regular connections with the consumers)

* Manage and lead direct report ( Assistant Brand Manager )

Qualifications

* Very strong leadership to shape, align and plan

* Innovation, creativity and art of the possible – rooted in analytical thinking

* Capacity to create and embrace change

* Collaboration skills incl. the capacity to tell people what they need to hear

* “Personal Best” mindset: to seek to be better tomorrow than we are today

* Experience of the full marketing mix – from insight generation, problem-solving, target-setting, delivering and measuring

* Proactiveness and resilience

* Strong track record in resourcefulness: efficient use of available resources/ways to overcome resource constraints

* Excellent experience in NPD, Go-to-market, internal and external engagement around brand plans
