The Baby Investment Brands Department of Low Profile Holdings is looking after the exciting young brands Matchstick Monkey, Little Hoppa and Babocush. Matchstick Monkey is a baby and toddler brand that offers quality products to parents worldwide and is especially known for it’s teething range. It aims to provide innovative choices that support your children's development through fun play and self-learning.Little Hoppa is offering parents stylish and planet friendly products, like our award winning Wooden Baby Bouncer. Babocushs innovative products help to relief babies from colic and reflux.
About The Role We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager, who will act as an all-round marketer with retail product experience. This role is a 12-month contract maternity cover on a part-time basis, with offices located in London. Your role will be split across the 3 baby investment brands, driving their marketing strategy and delivering content and ad performance working with agencies and maintaining strong relationships with our distribution partners. We are looking for someone with highly entrepreneurial spirits and a self-driven mindset to suit our young start up brands.You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the sales, design and operations team, looking after the businesses in the UK and with distribution partners internationally.
Responsibilities:Delivering the Marketing strategy and objectives for 3 baby investment brands to drive brand and commercial growthOverseeing the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all channel teams have assets, copy and guidelines to deliver effective campaigns across their respective channels. Manage creative campaigns and shoots for new product assets to ensure appropriate content is captured and fit for purpose.Maintaining strong relationships with distribution partner marketing teams and support them with regular newsletters and contentManage agency relationship looking after paid ad performance, clearly communicating business objectives Support commercial team to maintain relationships and knowledge across the different sales regionsOverlooking CRM stream and website look and feelPlanning trade show presence on international levelDevelop strong relationships with partner brands marketing teams and support them with newsletters and assetsUsing data and analytics to review and report and assess performance of all campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are delivered and reported on in a timely manner, on budget and that all key learnings are shared with key stakeholders in the business.Qualifications3+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably consumer product basedStrong communication and people skillsExcellent online & offline marketing knowledge, covering social media, paid advertising, asset production, copywriting and campaign managementExperience managing agencies and budgetsThe ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once and show exceptional organizational and prioritization skillsIndependence to work on your own, take initiative and innovate processesYou will have excellent English written and verbal skills
