Our client are a global environmental consultancy firm, with multiple sites across the UK including Manchester. With a growing marketing function, they are looking for someone with specific experience within the offshore wind sector for this new role.

Description

The responsibilities for the Marketing Manager - Offshore Wind Sector role will include:

• Lead and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
• Identify and target appropriate audiences for marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal - to produce effective promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and manage a marketing budget.
• Develop and manage the marketing department's KPIs.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager - Offshore Wind Sector should have:

* **Marketing experience within the offshore wind sector is essential - applicants without this experience will not be considered**

* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Proven expertise in creating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.
* Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy.
* A degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable.
* Demonstrable experience in reporting marketing ROI, and implementing lead gen strategies.
