Marketing Manager

Infinity Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our locally based Peterborough client in their search for a full time Marketing Manager, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to join a well established local business. In this fully office based Marketing Manager position you will be required to lead a marketing team, with both traditional and digital forms of marketing. Day to day in this Marketing Manager role you will be responsible to:
Responsibilities
Manage and Lead a small team including 121's and appraisals, support and coaching Develop and implement marketing strategies Create and Manage successful marketing campaigns Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
Skills Required To be considered for this Marketing Manager role you will :-
Have demonstrable experience of both digital and traditional forms of marketing with strong copy writing and strong social media knowledge You will be an excellent communicator You will have team/work flow management experience
