Marketing Manager

Holt Engineering has an exciting new role of Marketing Manager with one of our manufacturing clients based in Poole.As Marketing Manager you will play a key role in leading the product and core trading activity across one of the departments to support the growth of the division.Some of the duties of the Marketing Manager is:Collaborate with the E-commerce Team to proactively utilise and leverage e-commerce functionality for stronger trading, such as CRO testing, on-site pop-up tools, customer insights, digital automation tools, and navigation of significant online trading developments, such as generative AI search.Lead delivery of business unit plans to hit commercial/trading KPIs and targets as agreed with the Group Trading Manager – with regular feedback on results of activity, monthly profit-and-loss reporting, and detailed commercial analysis as required.Contribute to the optimisation of all processes and work flowsin trading, to deliver maximum added value in the quickest time, including use of AI where appropriate.Deliver alternative advertising efforts with the CX team, including trade shows and PR.Management and coaching of Marketing Executive(s) within the team, as well as coaching of Marketing Executives within the Marketing Services team, as appropriate.What is on offer:Competitive salaryHybrid working after probationFree ParkingBrand new offices25 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with years of service.Annual company eventsFor more information regarding the Marketing Manager role please contact Sophie on 07483069099 or APPLY TODAY!
