Marketing Manager

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We're representing a charity specializing in educating Educators & Local Authorities on providing Mental Health interventions to children and young adults. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Head of BD, you'll be responsible for B2B Demand Generation and Product Marketing. You will lead on marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong B2B marketing background with experience supporting Schools, MATS, Local Authorities or independent training providers. Remote working with 2 days a month in the South Birmingham office, salary is up to £50,000. ResponsibilitiesCreate, execute, and review the marketing and communications strategy to boost our brands presence and increase revenue.Be the mastermind behind social media channels, creating engaging content and analysing the data. Take responsibility for Sales Leads within Hubspot CRM to ensure useful marketing data.Manage the marketing budget. Qualifications5+ years' experience as Marketing Manager B2B demand generationExperience using Hubspot Experience working with Schools, MATS, Local Authorities or independent training providers
