If you are a Marketing Manager with experience in brands we are specifically looking for those who have worked in advertising agencies *in line with Campaign's top 100 agencies. The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the agency’s marketing output, with a focus on positively and proactively promoting the agency, our people and amplifying our work across the industry and wider business world, working collaboratively with our external PR agency as well as internal account teams.You will be an agency point of contact for press and will have or be able to build effective relationships across the industry. Another key aspect of the role is managing the agency’s website and social media channels, managing agency events and speaker opportunities and supporting with internal comms projects.Responsibilities: Create and manage the agency’s marketing calendar throughout the year.Manage end-to-end launch of new campaigns, including seeking internal creative approval, liaising with account teams and external PR agency on press materials, the distribution process, publishing on all agency channels (social, website, creative hubs) and communicating coverage round-ups with account teams and leadership teams.Manage agency marketing channels, including website and creative profiles to ensure they are up to date and the best possible reflection of adam&eveDDB.Proactively manage day-to-day social calendar, working with New Business team and liaising with Team Social to ensure agency news, work, thought leadership and culture is shared in a timely fashion on social channels.Manage agency initiatives, events, speaker opportunities and proactively seek out positive stories and opportunities.Manage production of Agency of the Year entries, working with PR Agency and leadership team to define strategy and content.Required Skills:Experience working in top 100 creative ad agencies.Excellent relationship building skillsA proactive, positive 'can do' attitudeSolid communication and written skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesReliable and well organisedAbility to work closely with agency leadership and managementHave a passion for creativity, actively keeping up to date on what’s best in class across the creative landscapeExcellent judgement and a hands-on approach, with a very high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritise in a fast-moving work environment – comfortable being flexible, agile and pragmaticExcellent project management skills and able to manage upwards confidently and professionallyHave an approachable and positive manner, being a team player prepared to roll up their sleeves as neededBenefitsWe believe that when you feel secure, feel supported, and feel reassured, you can bring your best self to work every day.
