Marketing ManagerFull-Time£40-50k Per Annum Remote/HybridWe are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to plan and oversee the marketing activities and campaigns of the first private healthcare outpatient facility within an iconic retail space. You must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of various marketing techniques with a good understanding of digital, influencer and social marketing channels.The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business. Responsibilities: Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies Support the marketing director in overseeing the department’s operations Organise and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on all forms of social media. Website and social media management Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metricsOversee content publication of marketing material Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses Take charge of PR and corporate communications Requirements: Proven experience Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods Strong leadership and organisational skills with the candidate being able to coordinate with our internal marketing team, internal developers and external agencies to deliver various marketing strategiesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software Proficient in CRM Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics Web funneling Ideally proficient in search engine optimisation SEO Coordinating website developments by instructing web designers and our software engineersExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Creativity and commercial awareness Awareness of branding and customer loyalty A team player with a customer-oriented approach
