Our client is a leading name within the drinks industry with a global portfolio of well known beverages. They are seeking a dynamic, FMCG Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the off trade and grocery market to manage a European portfolio of drinks brands. This a comprehensive marketing opportunity for someone with experience across brand strategy and planning, insights, communications and agency leadership. Dynamic presenter and influencer for a wide range of internal and external audiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth in the FMCG sector.Analyse market trends and consumer insights using a range of data from Nectar to Kantar to Neilson to identify opportunities for growth.Get buy in from the wider business for your brand plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Manage a small team, supporting their career goals and growthQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in a marketing role within the FMCG sector.Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.A thinker, with strategic mindset who can translate to deliveryIn-depth understanding of the off-trade and grocery market. Ideally some on trade.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
