As a winner of the Aesthetic Awards for several years running, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our customer service.About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based at our London office. The purpose of this role is to increase sales and awareness of key products within our portfolio through successful marketing campaigns, monitoring and refining the results and reporting back on marketing effectiveness. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional with integrated marketing experience to own and deliver a key focus area of the business.Responsibilities:Develop integrated online and traditional campaign plans, outlining the requirements, objectives and aligning those with the overall marketing strategy.Run growth experiments to collect and analyse data in order to lower cost of acquisition (COA) while increasing customer long-term value (CLV)Working on acceptable timescales and budgets, maintaining high accuracy and excellent outputsPost-marketing surveillance on marketing effectiveness and results through various methods and tools such as Google Analytics and SalesForce; writing reports, monitoring and chasing work, analysing, interpreting, presenting and optimising results for re-targeting campaigns.Keep up with the latest trends in marketing, technology and products and synthesising relevant actionable insights for campaigns.Build relationships with industry media and influencers ensure consistent coverage for SEO.Organise and prepare marketing collaterals to promote products offline (exhibition booths at trade shows, conferences, networking dinners/parties) and online (webinars) to reach company objectives (brand awareness, lead generation)Delivering presentations internally and externally on marketing campaigns and for the products under your remitDelivering campaigns through various channels such as websites, social media, e-shots/email marketing, SEO, PPC, events, PR, partnerships, print, influencers, and promotions in-house or through use of agencyWork with our inhouse design team to create consistent content adapted for various marketing collaterals such as print (brochures, magazines), events, influencer, storyboards, scripts, videos, images, blogs, newsletters, e shots/emails, press releases, websites, social.Identify the target market/profile for the products through market segmentation, analytics, and research.Ensure brand consistency across all channels and collaterals.Requirements: Essential At least 4 years marketing experienceGoogle Analytics/Adwords certificate (preferable)Positive attitudeCreative self-starterAble to meet deadlines and prioritiseCommercial awarenessExcellent analytical skillsOrganised, detail oriented and accurateExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassionate about aestheticsDesirableB2B Experience Print and PoS Experience BenefitsCompany pension, car allowance, bonus and commission scheme, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (and increasing with service), staff discount, staff social events, access to Health Assured EAP.
