Because we believe that when you love what you do, everything flows.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The role requires someone who has an eye for detail and analytics, but is also creative with strong writing and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for marketing, with experience in strategising and executing targeted campaigns, building engaged online communities, developing forward-thinking marketing plans, and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the job for you.THE DETAIL The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus, and have a mastery level of copywriting along with a track record of using content marketing to drive audience, leads and revenue. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and requires extensive collaboration with the wider Heartcore teams, including teachers, senior management and external PR agency.The position is ideal for an individual who is determined to succeed and go the extra mile to ensure their campaigns drive new and returning customer numbers across Heartcore’s London studios and online.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years’ Brand and Marketing experience in a similar lifestyle role (in-house/agency) with:The ability to craft and share compelling stories that will inspire and engage audiencesExperience with channels across the full marketing mix – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, SEO, Email, Referral, CRM, Affiliate marketing and offline – with the ability to process key planning data and assess ROIKnowledge in leveraging customer data, technology and marketing strategy for campaign planning and executionExcellent relationship, organisational, communication and time management skillsProficiency in using content and design creation/editing software, including Canva, Adobe and FigmaStrong analytical and numeracy skillsHigh attention to detailResilience, proactivity and determinationA collaborative, positive, “service-oriented” attitudeA degree qualification or equivalentFluent EnglishPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position manages marketing communications and supports the Head of Marketing in driving sales, creating lasting impressions, loyalty and market share. At the heart of this role, the Marketing Manager helps to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns – across social media, email, PR, influencer, brand partnerships, paid advertising, and all online and offline brand touch points – to meet business objectives and plans for growth.Define and deliver world-class consumer journeys, with the goal of driving awareness, conversion and retention Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing initiativesOwn the annual marketing plan and editorial calendar, shaping key seasonal stories and promotional moments according to business needs and cultural relevanceLeverage all available marketing channels, including collaborating with customer facing teams to drive initiatives, effectively communicating campaigns and launchesHands-on campaign management including planning, developing and executing the company's organic marketing strategy across all digital channels including social media, email, website and blogOversee online community management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, alongside the Head of Marketing with the objective of growing social following and engagementGenerate creative content and campaign ideas to increase customer engagement, grow leads and achieve wider business targets, and manage day-to-day production and project management of creative content (visual, motion, written) with the team and/or partner agenciesDay-to-day management of email platform (Brandbot), including CRM, strategy, creation and execution of all brand and tactical communications. Oversee external agencies – PR, digital, creative – to deliver against seasonal plans, on-time, on budget and with strong resultsCreate, manage and execute in-house and external marketing eventsRelationship management of new and existing partnerships with brands and influencers, aligning collaborations to brand and sales objectivesWeekly and monthly reporting across all marketing functions, including all digital platforms, and provide recommendations to improve cross-channel resultsAnalyse the most effective channels, customer segments and promotional activities for campaigns, evaluating marketing campaign performance and optimising as requiredUpkeep marketing budget and manage all budgets allocated for digital and performance marketingMaintain the website and optimise SEO and search rankingsSupport development of effective SEO strategies for both editorial and possible future PDP pagesABOUT YOUWe’re looking for someone who:Has a genuine love for our brand and understanding of our mission.
