The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing a strategic marketing plan, across both channel and direct markets, while equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities, managing third party agencies and strive under tight deadlines.



The role will involve working closely with the directors, sales team and agencies to manage channel or direct marketing activities and events. The role is integral to representing the brand and engaging current and prospective customers and partners.

Responsibilities will include:




  • Create an annual strategic marketing plan and budget.

  • Build and manage all brands within the business.

  • Create and execute effective campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Align all marketing efforts with sales objectives to support lead nurturing and conversion.�

  • Develop high-quality content for internal and external communications, including blogs, social media updates, presentations, proposals, publications, and press releases.

  • Plan and execute internal and external events within the UK and abroad.

  • Maintain and enhance the company websites.�

  • Manage digital acquisition strategies, including SEO, PPC, email communications, and social media

  • Work closely with channel partners to support and implement cohesive marketing strategies to maximise their reach.

  • Oversee all internal and external communications and manage CRM and ESP platforms. Track, report and provide insights on performance of campaigns.

  • Set up, manage, and run the company's new training platform, ensuring its successful implementation and operation within the UK and Europe.



You will be able to work independently and confidently, able to communicate at CEO level.



Strong powerpoint skills are essential and you will be a capable Marketing Manager currently.
