Marketing Manager - Eastleigh - 9 month full time FTC - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week - £47,000

We are excited to be partnering with a large well known local business who work closely with the community, and they have just received funding for a huge project. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, implement and monitor performance of all marketing activity for sales. You must have extensive experience within a similar role and be passionate about delivering on promises.

Marketing Manager duties include:

Create and implement marketing and PR strategies Day-to-day budget monitoring and control with associated reporting.
Working with the team, write and produce all written content, including all marketing collateral such as blog posts, press releases, scheme guides, brochures and digital marketing including email marketing and social media.
Planning, developing and delivering advertising campaigns within agreed timescales, ensuring legal compliance.
Write and maintain all of the website content, ensuring engagement and performance is maximised.
Plan and track performance and delivery of all marketing requirements.
Assist the planning and delivery of new and existing sales arenas to budget.

Write and maintain all of the website content, ensuring engagement and performance is maximised.
Produce press releases and case studies; managing the production or commissioning of photographic and other material in support of press releases and case studies; and the liaison with third parties and/or external consultants in the production of media material and/or press releases.
Event planning and promotion including the required marketing material for open days, evening and weekend external events where required (time off in lieu will be offered).
Ensure data is accurate at all times, well designed, and compliant with the appropriate legislation.
Drive social media presence ensuring maximum visibility and return on investment.
Monitor the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and activities, tracking spend and responses while shaping future activity.
