Location: Havant, Hampshire

Salary: 40k - 60k dependant on experience

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director (MD) and the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the MD and Sales and Marketing Director to align marketing efforts with business goals.

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives

· Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, press releases, and social media content.

· Manage and optimise the companys digital presence, including website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media channels.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions, tracking their effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.

· Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer retention efforts.

· Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products.

· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

· Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.

· Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

· Working with existing marketing and PR team Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.

Qualities and Qualifications:

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

· Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management platforms.

· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

· Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
