Client Profile

Our client is a developing nationwide remote medical provider of Hormone Therapy.

This evolving and innovative new field of medicine treats the symptoms of hormone deficiency by mimicking the effects of natural hormone production.

Their clinician-led treatment pathway uses unique and tailor-made bioidentical hormones to treat symptoms of low or imbalanced hormones in both men and women.

The Role

As part of their expansion, they are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to help strengthen the brand presence and contribute to our long-term

success.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing innovative marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and driving growth through digital, traditional, and event marketing within the healthcare sector.

This individual will lead a small team and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s overall objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to healthcare services and products.

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, SEO, email) and traditional advertising (print, events).

Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., data protection).

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Oversee website management and content creation across platforms.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and SEO performance.

Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and coordinate with external agencies for large-scale campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and community groups.

Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign ROI, patient acquisition costs, and customer retention rates.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing campaign outcomes and market trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Growth in patient inquiries and service uptake.

ROI on marketing campaigns.

Website traffic growth and SEO ranking improvements.

Customer retention and engagement levels.

Lead generation and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

Experience: Minimum of three years in a marketing role, ideally within the healthcare sector or a related industry.

Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Expertise in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Experience in public relations or healthcare communications is an advantage.

This is a full-time position – 37.5 hours per week and some Saturday availability will be required
