Marketing Manager - Battersea - £40,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience

We are partnering with a prestigious, forward-thinking estate agency based in South-West London, currently seeking a hands-on marketing expert to support the director across two thriving businesses.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the marketing and building brand awareness over various platforms by creating engaging content to elevate both brands. Working with the director, you'll also play a key part in shaping internal marketing materials.
This position is fast-paced and varied, so we're looking for someone self-motivated, adaptable, and hands on.
Your duties will include:
- Upload accurate for-sale and rental listings to property portals/website with appealing details and photos.
- Create and edit high-quality visual content (images and videos) to promote the business and its properties across brochures, the website, and social media.
- Manage all Social Media platforms to optimise engagement and generate awareness
- Update and rebranding brochures and office documents to align with current branding standards.
- Producing team images, bios, and email signatures to maintain brand consistency for all team members.
- Creating content that highlights key areas the company works in to build awareness
- Attend regular meetings to discuss lead generation, property listings, and follow up on action items
- Ensure outgoing marketing emails are properly signed off with director before distribution.
- Regularly check and update the company website for accuracy and optimal functionality.
- Tracking and managing daily leads from Google Ads and social media platforms, ensuring follow-up and optimal lead management.
- Generating and optimising incoming leads, winning business through various platforms, campaigns, listings and marketing strategies
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years Marketing experience
- Background in marketing within the Property/Development/Construction or similar industry is a must
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, theory and best practice
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and be a persuasive communicator building consensus and buy-in at a senior level
- Strong graphic design skills for documents and brochures
- Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads with a proven track record of optimising campaigns
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (OFFICE BASED)
