A forward-thinking investment management company is currently looking to strengthen its team with the appointment of a Marketing Manager at their Cavendish Square office in London.
The role will suit a high calibre marketing professional with proven success (agency or in house) in executing marketing campaigns and working closely with the operations and investment teams to drive the business forward.

The Role
As Marketing Manager, you would oversee the implementation of the go to market strategy to drive growth. You will assist in the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from concept through to delivery, ensuring that each campaign meets its objectives and delivers excellent results. A key part of your role will involve working closely with the investment team to create investor presentations, integral in helping the firm meet and exceed its ambitions growth targets.
Responsibilities will include…
- Ensuring all marketing collateral / reports adhere to brand guidelines and all in line with company tone of voice
- Managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage and keep company website up to date
- Maintain the LinkedIn posting schedules
- Maintain the YouTube and Vimeo accounts with regular and insightful posts
- Maintain tracking of analytics from LinkedIn, MailChimp, YouTube, Podbean, website

The Candidate
You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for marketing and communications plus a strong command of the English language and a creative flair for writing. Some experience within Finance would be preferred however is not essential. A data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation will be required as will strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Degree or CIM qualified is desirable.
The role will suit a friendly team player, able to use initiative and contribute new ideas, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability required as your role and responsibilities grow as the business moves forward.
