Company: Victoria College of Arts and Design (VCAD) Job Title: Marketing Officer & Student Advisor Salary: £10,000 - £15,000 Annually Employment Type: Part-Time, 2 days a week, 8 Hour Shift Location: ON-SITE, London, UK No experience needed full training will be provided for this role, (but people with experience will be prioritised) Attractive Bonus Scheme: (Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme commission structure) Commission structure: from £1000 to £1500 per successfully recruited student Language Requirements: Fluency in one of the following languages is essential for success in this role: Czech, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Greek. Whether it is through our expert instructors, state-of-the-art facilities, or extensive network of industry connections, Victoria College of Arts and Design is dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals and build successful careers in the arts We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing officer to join our team and help us recruit international and European students for our partner universities in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach and engage potential students. You will work closely with our team to identify target markets and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach those markets. Key responsibilities: Recruit potential students to our partner universities using social media tools (Facebook, email marketing, TikTok, Instagram) Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our partner universities and their programs to potential students Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential students Create and manage marketing campaigns Handle email and phone calls, marketing materials, including brochures and social media posts Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in social media usage and marketing strategies A keen interest in marketing and the ability to identify and capitalize on current trends Knowledge of effective techniques to attract potential students through social media Well-presented and confident in both written and spoken communication Benefits: Private medical (health) insurance with BUPA Annual leave (5.6 weeks), including bank holidays.
