They are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their marketing department.RoleAs the Marketing Operations Manager you will work closely with the departments, units and sector groups across the firm. Initially you will provide leadership and manage the marketing delivery team. As you progress in the role you may also manage the tender team and the data quality team.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the BDM and BD Director to ensure all efforts are alignedWork with fee earners and curate marketing and BD planProvide direction, leadership and support to your team whilst implementing strategy and ensuring the creation of high quality content.Working with sector leads and the Content Team to create content that demonstrates our expertise in the area, as well as re-purposing content to a sector-specific audienceEncouraging and ensuring that group members are feeding into this process and sharing content to help to develop reputation and audienceCommissioning and coordinating campaignsConducting competitor reviews and an ongoing oversight to identify opportunities for growth or potential creation of productsResponsibilities via the management of the marketing delivery team:Executing and commissioning others to deliver the marketing aspects of these plans to achieve successful outcomes.Working with the others across the firm and externally to identify and publish the most effective contentEnsuring the website is an evolving and information-rich resource for clients and prospects, which prompts interactions with our teams and captures leadsSupporting the work of the Social Media and Content Manager to ensure LinkedIn in particular is a key profile raising and relationship building tool for the firm, and for the fee earnersEnsuring the Content Team reviews the effectiveness of content at achieving the required outcomes, and to recommend adaptations as a resultWorking with the Technical Sales Writer and Design Manager developing and keeping up to date standard sector "brochures"Commissioning bespoke pitch documents on request from fee earners and coordinating their delivery by the rest of the team as required.Managing the Events team to ensure they deliver an impactful and effective series of eventsChallenging the Data Quality team to produce quality data that drives decision-makingChallenging the firm's understanding of its requirements of a CRM system, and to be part of the team looking to procure and implement a new system, including a culture change program to accompany it.RequirementsExcellent communication skills, verbal and in writing and interpersonal skillsExceptional manager of people, able to develop, encourage, challenge and inspire those who they manageAbility to work with and influence people at all levelsExcellent organisational skillsStrong problem solving and creative skillsStakeholder relationship managementGood knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, video, podcasts and emerging marketing trendsProject managementWriting and production of marcomms materialsSome events management, social media management, SEO, SEM experience preferredCommunicating clearly and persuasively at a senior levelIf you are interested in the Marketing Operations Manager role, please click ‘Apply Now’ and a member of our team will be in touch.
