The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and analysing automated marketing campaigns to enhance our lead generation and nurturing efforts. You will have a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet and exceed engagement and conversion targets.We're looking for someone who must have extensive Marketo and operations across:Marketing Automation:Execute and optimise email marketing campaigns designed by other teams across Soldo, including nurture campaigns, newsletters, and transactional emails, to improve engagement and conversion rates.Excellent knowledge and experience of Marketo is essential, as is good working knowledge of Salesforce.com.Data Management and Segmentation:Manage and segment contact databases for targeted and personalized communication.Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) to maintain a high-quality database.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Lead Scoring and Qualification:Maintain lead scoring models to prioritise and qualify leads based on engagement and behavior.Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further conversion.Testing and Optimisation:Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and other automated marketing assets. Training and Documentation:Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on marketing automation tools and processes.Create and maintain documentation for marketing automation workflows, ensuring knowledge transfer within the organization.Automation Technology:Stay current on industry best practices, marketing automation technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Be adept at managing and integrating Marketo with a variety of other APIs (Wordpress, SFDC, Intercom and others)Database ImpactMonitor and analyse the impact of all automation programmes on our overall databaseIt would be nice if you haveAdobe Marketo Engage CertificationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proficiency in Intercom is also highly desirable
