This role is perfect for someone with a strong strategic mindset and a background in performance-driven campaigns. You ll take ownership of digital marketing performance, provide data-driven insights, and lead initiatives that drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment : Serve as the key link between marketing and leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Performance Optimisation : Track, analyse, and optimise performance across digital channels such as Affiliates, SEO, Paid Search, Mobile App, Paid Social, and Programmatic. Data-Driven Insights : Develop dashboards to consolidate metrics and deliver actionable insights. ROI Management : Monitor and optimise ROI and budget allocation to drive business outcomes. Risk Mitigation : Identify cross-channel opportunities and proactively address risks. Compliance Collaboration : Work with compliance to ensure all marketing activities meet regulatory standards. Stakeholder Engagement : Present regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance outcomes. Team Leadership : Support and upskill marketing teams while fostering strong partnerships with industry leaders like Google, Meta, and AppsFlyer. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, ideally within the iGaming industry. Proven experience in performance-based marketing , with a strong understanding of ROI-focused strategies. Experienced managing a team. Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer). Strong skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and project management. Experience with compliance and responsible gambling principles is desirable. Knowledge of BI tools and experience managing performance-driven campaigns is a bonus.
