We are looking for a Master Dater Data Team Manager to support our client who specialises in ground and cargo handling to inflight catering and retail as well as other services.   You will be accountable for the efficient set-up of airline requirements within the internal system.   This is a hybrid position, working 2/3 days a week in the office based in Hounslow, London.

Within this role, you will be leading a team of coordinators, being responsible for providing day-to-day services to internal stakeholders such as Commercial, Costings, Managed Services, Account Managers and Billing and ensuring that all enquiries, issues, and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

As the Master Data Team Manager, your duties will include:

Being responsible for the complex data set-up, reviewing and amending of all airline customers

Setting up new airline customers

Supervising and monitoring the daily operation of the master data team

Being responsible for managing resourcing and performance, allocating and prioritising activities and resources to ensure optimal covering and consistent support services

Setting performance goals, tracking metrics and conducting regular performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance

Providing ongoing training and coaching

Managing the continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and new ways of working

Leading the implantation of solutions, streamlining workflows and reducing response times

As the Master Data Team Manager, you will have:

Evidence of working at the middle management level in a relevant field

Have experience in airline catering operations

Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding time scales

Have experience of process optimisation

Experience in automating relevant processes

Experience in managing and developing a team

As the Master Data Team Manager, you will receive a salary of circa £ 60,000 per annum, depending on experience
