Position: Master Technician

Salary: Basic salary: £36,000 - £45,000,

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Full Time – Permanent

About the Role:

Interaction are working closely with a highly reputable independant workshop who are seeking a Master Technician to join the team. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Workshop Team, advising on work priorities and mentoring other technicians.
• Provide technical advice and proactively suggest improvements.
• Utilise tools and resources to become a specialist in your area.
• Contribute to a quality culture focused on first-time fixes.
• Maintain high standards of work and effective communication with other business areas.
• Ensure all records and documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned with quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Previous relevant experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
