Materials Flow Engineer (Manufaturing Engineer)

MCS Group is proud to be working with one of the top companies within the materials handling sector, to recruit a Materials Flow Engineer (Manufacturing Engineer) to join their growing team based in Craigavon. As the materials flow engineer, you will be responsible for analysis, development of improvement plans and implementation of changes in material flow operations. You will; Develop and drive development and sustainabilty of material flow within the facility Manage the expansion of material flow with the inclusion of New Product Introduction. Quantify continuous improvement Lead and monitor material flow operations throughout the facility, providing resolutions for issues that have been identified. Ensure KPIs are in alignment Oversee indirect labour by defining kitting and milk run operations, calculating process times Assist with scheduling systems and define internal flow for product movement Essential Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Industrial engineering or similar 1- 2 Years experience within supply chain or manufacturing engineering Experience in materials handling Knowledge of material flow processes and systems Whats in it for you?
