Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to secondary school students, following the National Curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Plan and prepare lesson materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching maths at the secondary level.

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a supportive learning environment.
