Key Responsibilities as a Maths Early Careers Teacher:

Deliver engaging and

high-quality maths lessons

to students.
Plan, assess, and monitor

student progress, adapting lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Establish and maintain a

positive, inclusive classroom environment , fostering student engagement and enthusiasm for mathematics.
Collaborate with experienced staff to improve

teaching techniques

and contribute to departmental initiatives.
Provide

academic support and guidance

to students, helping them build their confidence and understanding in mathematics.
A

recently qualified maths teacher

with a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
Strong knowledge of the

mathematics curriculum

and the ability to differentiate lessons for various abilities.
Enthusiastic and motivated , with a drive to support students in achieving their full potential.
Excellent

communication and organisational skills , with the ability to engage students and create a positive learning atmosphere.
A

willingness to learn

and develop as part of a supportive team, taking on feedback and striving for continuous improvement.
