Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join their committed team from September 2024.

The Role: As a Maths Teacher at this supportive secondary school, you will inspire and educate students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Maths department known for its collaborative environment and strong academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and resources.
• Engage actively in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics education.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level, including Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally 5.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
