Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools in Knowsley who are seeking a Maths Teacher for a long-term position. This position is to start ASAP and is required on a full-time basis. Pay for this position, depending on experience, will be up to £223.62 per day.

The successful Maths Teacher will be joining a unique school community in Wigan where young people thrive. Their mission is to provide opportunities that enable every child to have aspirations, vision and great pride in their achievements. The ambition of the Mathematics faculty is to mould young people into logical thinkers, able problem solves and lifelong Mathematicians as a product of stimulating and reflective teaching.

To be considered for this Maths Teacher position based in Knowsley the essentials are:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
