We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Maths Tutor to join our team at our schools in Harlow. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to work with students, helping them excel in mathematics and reach their academic goals. As a Maths Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting students’ understanding of mathematical concepts, preparing them for exams, and boosting their confidence in this essential subject.

The ideal Maths Tutor will bring creativity and a tailored approach to each session, helping students of varying abilities to engage with and master key mathematical topics. You will be responsible for working with small groups and individual students, adapting your teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and tailored maths lessons that support student progress.
• Work with students individually and in small groups to build confidence and mastery in mathematics.
• Assess and track student progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success.
• Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages a love for learning.
