We are delighted to share a newly created opportunity to join the Sword team in the role of Maximo Application Support Analyst.
Requirements
Heres what the role looks like:
Maximo configuration: Knowledge on Maximo Asset Management system support.
Maximo Application installation & configuration experience
Data feeds and automation scripts
Maximo Integration
Improving User experience
Maximo testing
Reporting
Good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server)
Experience of application licensing services
Good working knowledge of IT change management processes and principles
Strong customer orientated approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level and external vendors
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, taking time to get to know and understand customers, gaining their trust and respect
Ability to multi-task and work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands and respond to fast changing circumstances
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proven documentation skills
Ability to be self-supporting and proactive
An awareness of emerging technologies and demonstrable desire to stay current
Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL environment
Other Desirable skills :
Automation/scripting skills: csharp, Python (desirable)
Familiar with Agile & DevOps
Fast learner and delivery-focused
