Mech/Elec Maintenance engineer

My client is looking for an Electrical and a Mechanical biased engineers to join a two man site on a recently refurbished building in the heart of Manchester.
To undertake prescribed maintenance tasks as directed by the Contracts  Manager as well as planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 

Annual Salary: £40000.
Main Responsibilities:

• To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate.


• To carry out the required routine servicing, repair or adjustment of plant or machinery in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule as tasked by the Contracts Manager.


• To adopt a flexible approach in respect of other skills or trades to ensure the most cost effective completion of all tasks.
