My client has an envious reputation of delivering some of the most flagship commercial, health care, and mission critical projects in the UK and Europe, with project values ranging from �10m - �70m in M&E value.
They are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to drive an ongoing large commercial refurb project in the heart of London which is due to finish May 2025.�The company in question truly values good Construction Managers, and has a reputation for progressing them into Project Manager positions quickly.
Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical construction projects ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and quality control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and facilitate team communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical construction management with quality assurance expertise.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
