Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager

• Location: Andover
• Salary: �400- �450 a day
• Start Date: ASAP
• The project: High-end Residential 2 year contract. (Mechanical and Electrical refurbishment)
• Location: 1x high end residential project in Andover with 15-20 engineers across M&E.
• MUST have a background in Electrical, Mechanical or MEP/M&E or construction and experience managing high end residential.
• Must have experience as a Project, Contracts or similar management vacancy.
