Randstad CPE are working with a valued Client who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager based in their Head Office in Belfast. This role will work across all sectors including public health, education & the private sector including retail and production throughout Northern Ireland and ROI.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical contracts from job award through to completion.

Duties:

  • Manage project budgets, monitor resources, and provide regular updates to the Managing Director
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
  • Review materials and sub con invoices to ensure charges are correct and in line with company policy.
  • Review, collate and confirm valuations along with Commercial Manager.

Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Mechanical
  • Gas Safe Registered
  • Previous experience managing mechanical contracts/ projects
  • Health and Safety Knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work.
  • Work well and confidently as part of a team in a busy environment.
  • Flexible for occasional travel to ROI & UK
