On behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding mechanical contractor, we are seeking talented professionals to join their growing team in Dartford.

• Mechanical Project/Contracts Manager

About the Role:

Our client is experiencing continued growth and is looking for experienced individuals to work on multiple commercial projects across London and the South East. These projects span sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and research. The positions are office-based in Dartford, with site visits as required.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the role


• Experience managing various stages of the build process, from procurement and technical submittals to RFIs, construction, commissioning, and handover


• The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from �500k to �6m


• Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills


• A desire to grow and progress within a company that offers long-term career development

Additional Requirements:

• A full UK driving license is essential due to site visits
