Mechanical Design Engineer - Beccles or Norwich

For over 60 years my client has been at the forefront of the automation and manufacturing industry in the UK. Whilst utilising cutting-edge technology, they provide their clients with bespoke solutions for all their automation needs across a number of industries.
As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be joining a dynamic and growing team where you'll be tasked with designing innovative and market leading automation machinery. The successful candidate will be working within a multi-discipline team to produce design solutions for a wide variety of industries, play a key role in concept development, produce detailed machine and factory layouts, create BOMs and provide technical support during the build, testing and commissioning project phases.
What we would like from the Mechanical Design Engineer:
Mechanical design/engineering experience within the automation industry
Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
Experience of using SolidWorks (ideally) and design for manufacture
Knowledge of a wide range of manufacturing techniques
What we offer the Mechanical Design Engineer:
Salary paying up to £55,000 doe
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
