Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services

We are recruiting a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a great mechanical contractor specialising in the design and installation of commercial buildings services systems.
Applicants must live local to Tewkesbury and have AutoCAD or REVIT design experience.

The role:

• Design of mechanical services systems including ductwork, pipework and drainage sizing and layouts, plant and terminal selection, plant room design
• Autocad 2D and Revit 3D, Hevacomp thermal modelling software.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the more junior engineers
• Review and approve junior staffs design documents, calculations, specifications and external
• Oversee multiple large design projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Mechanical pipe work & ventilation - CAD Technician /CAD Draugtsperson / design engineer / mechanical designer experience is essential
• Qualified to HND level or higher preferred.
• Autocad and Hevacomp preferred.

Package

• Salary �30K to �55K DoE
• Company vehicle
• 25 day holiday
