This is a newly created role for a Mechanical Engineer to work on varied and rewarding high value residential projects. You'll be part of a team where directors and senior managers play an active role, offering guidance and supporting your professional development.

Your Role:

• Complete mechanical services design, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and domestic water systems.
• Conduct technical calculations using software such as Cymap and IES.
• Manage projects from design through to client handover, addressing technical challenges and building strong client relationships.
• Prepare briefing documents and presentations for new developments.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during project meetings.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Cymap, and AutoCAD LT.
• Experience using IES software and a creative, problem-solving approach.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to achieve CIBSE membership or Chartered Engineer status.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD 3D.
• Experience working in the residential, retail, commercial, or education sectors.
